Payment Methods accepted – Cash in XCD or USD equivalent at 2.70, cheque drawn on an inland bank, NCCU CU Online transfer, kind (negotiable), credit or debit card via Stripe. A fee of $100.00 will be charged on returned cheques. Monthly subscription payable only by credit or debit card via Stripe. Payment is due prior to June 30, 2026, unless otherwise agreed. Ads will not be published until full payment is received. Branded merchandise included in packages is not customizable. Branded merchandise inclusions available after 6th monthly payment for monthly subscribers. Advertising period is from September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027. Renewal of advertising space is subject to availability and must be confirmed by June 30th in the current term. Advertisers must submit ad materials in the required format and specifications by June 30, 2026. Failure to provide materials on time may result in delays or forfeiture of the ad placement for that period with a 50% refund on a full annual payment, or termination of monthly payments with no refund. All advertising content is subject to review and approval by the website owner. Ads that are deemed inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or illegal will be rejected or removed without prior notice. Advertisers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the website owner from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from their advertisements. The website owner is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from the use of the advertising space or the content of the advertisements. Advertisers are solely responsible for all claims related to their ads. The website owner does not guarantee specific results, exposure, or click-through rates for advertisements. The website owner reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Advertisers will be notified of any changes before renewal. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Commonwealth of Dominica.
